This session invites participants to work skillfully with our wholeness as human beings. Through an engaging blend of leadership theory, myth, pop culture, reflection and dialogue, participants are invited to own BOTH their light AND their shadow. The light is territory that is frequently explored in leadership trainings: Our sense of noble purpose, our aspirations for ourselves, our vision for an improved world. The shadow, on the other hand, is terrain that we are rarely invited to explore. This is who we are when we do not live with integrity to our purpose, and we often resist exploring aspects of ourselves that are difficult and unpleasant to confront.

Inspired by Carl Jung’s assertion that we must make the darkness conscious so that it does not govern our actions from beyond our awareness, this session invites an exploration of our wholeness. It has been shared with thousands of participants, and is carefully designed to evoke insights and dialogue that are deep and powerful but also calibrated for professional contexts.

Participants will emerge from this session with the following take aways:
-Renewed Clarity of Purpose
-Higher Consciousness of their own personal shadow
-Deeper wisdom regarding how to work skillfully with the light and shadow within that we all possess.

This session last for 60-90 minutes and can be delivered in-person or virtually. It is suitable for both small groups and large audiences.
